Hello, my name is Police Chief Michael Naviglia. I would like to welcome you and thank you for visiting the Allegheny Valley Regional Police Department Website. The Allegheny Valley Regional Police Department is made up of 14 highly dedicated officers, 4 of which are full time. The Allegheny Valley Regional Police Department rank structure is as follows; Chief of Police & Sergeant. The Allegheny Valley Regional Police Department strives everyday to be completely dedicated to our community and place themselves in a constant state of preparedness to fulfill the needs of the wonderful individuals that inhabit our jurisdiction.
